Refund policy

Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

In addition to the statutory withdrawal period, Velano Atelier offers an extended 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags must remain attached. Whenever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original tags cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at m2l060@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or does not match the order. In such cases, Velano Atelier will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Velano Atelier reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at m2l060@outlook.com and include photos of the product. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

All products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty in accordance with applicable EU law.
